Very courteous staff, the wood was delivered in a timely manner and was exactly as described over the phone. I have purchased the Kiln Dryed assorted hardwoods. I checked a few pieces with my moisture meter and they were very dry. I’m very happy with the service and the wood I know I’ll be going back for more because this is gonna be a long cold winter.

We have been using Lumberjacks for years but we recently started having them deliver the wood instead of us picking it up, It was raining pretty hard this morning and I expected to come home to a pile of wet wood instead I came home to àhand stacked pile of dry wood under plastic Thank you so much to the driver for going above and beyond. I'm not big on posting, but I had to.post my experience with Lumberjack Firewood Co. Of Woodstock,IL. These guys are incredible. I put my order in, with Brian and he worked out a time that worked for me and that's all it took. The delivery guy name Anthony, was young. But such a hard worker. He unloaded the wood, then got off the truck and helped me stack the wood in my garage. I'm very impressed with the hard work the young man put into the delivery that I made sure to tip him and if you don't tip a hard working young man, you should be ashamed of yourself. I look forward to doing more business with these guys. I want Brian to know that I appreciate the great job he did and for sending this guy to my home to deliver the wood, in a professional manner. ***TRUCK DRIVERS***-Main Entrance is actually off of IL 176. Between these two trees you might need to take a wide turn to make it in. But checking in wasn’t an issue. But not a lot of room to really back in especially if the ground is soft! watch out so you don’t spin out. I had to blind side to back in the dock which was close to the main entrance. other wise they are quick at loading you. To check in go to the green building/ house ring buzzer.

The wood is amazing, all pieces are trimmed to the same size, easy to move and store. Lights quickly, burns thoroughly, never a better experience. The delivery man came early, after calling for permission, worked steadily, and was efficient and clean.

We’ve bought firewood annually for over a decade and tried Lumberjacks last year for the first time after another company left a face cord of wood that didn’t burn no matter what you did with it. Well, we are back with Lumberjack’s this year again and will never go anywhere else. This is the best wood we have EVER had, plus the people who deliver and stack it are courteous and do an amazing job. They even intersperse small kindling pieces throughout the stack of larger ones. This wood catches quick, burns hot, and there’s almost no smoke or ash. You will never look back.

I live in Granger Indiana, which is a 2 1/2 hour drive (door to door) to arrive in Woodstock, IL. Making this trip to get quality wood to heat my home is well worth it! The whole process was seamless. From placing the order to delivery was excellent. Anthony did a great job contacting me the night before to let me know his arrival time. In the morning he texted me the actual arrival time and he was actually a little early! He stacked the wood and cleaned up as agreed on. I had a fire later and the wood is just spectacular! "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" For many years I ordered my firewood from Lumberjacks and was always satisfied. The last couple years, I ordered from facebook market place to save a few bucks. That wood was just ok, random sized pieces that I had to split of who knows what kind of wood. This year I treated myself to a face cord of mixed hardwood. The generous pile of wood consisted of perfectly sized, super dry quality wood that I burned the day it was delivered. Treat yourself this winter and give them a call.

I think we have enough for a couple months. 😁Brian educated us on the benefits of using Kiln dried wood. We've a wood burning stove and have used seasoned wood from other vendors for years to stay warm.We noticed the difference immediately. Burns clean, burns hot, less soot, most of all almost no smoke, my sinuses are thrilled. If you're burning indoor, the extra cost for Kiln dried is absolutely worth it, and the service from the Lumberjacks team is solid.

The wood from lumberjacks is perfect. It is ready to light as soon as it is dropped. We have burned about 30 pieces so far, since having the load dropped a few weeks ago and are absolutely impressed with the dryness of the wood. I have used another firewood supplier in recent years, but for the cost and immediate use, Lumberjacks will be my go to option.

This wood is awesome. They deliver you everything you need except a match to start a fire! The wood is bone dry, bug free and cut into various sizes. It amazing! Put the smallest wood which is paper thin at the bottom. Then add the 1/8 boards down followed by 1/4 size logs. Light a match under the smallest pieces and in less than a few minute you will have a blazing and beautiful fire; that burns clean and awesome. I wont get wood from anywhere else. If you love fires, why not make starting one easy? I save 100s of dollars on buying starter logs!!!

I cannot say enough about Lumberjacks. From the impeccable quality of their wood (it’s so amazing), to the genuine expertise of every person that answers the phone. Drove 91 minutes each way to pick up a face cord of mixed wood for our fire pit. Pulled up to see the crew splitting, stacking, unloading the kiln, and sorting all of the wood. It’s an impressive operation to watch and smells amazing while the kilns are going! I was greeted by a gentleman that asked how he could help and I explained what I was there for. I paid and he directed me to the crew working the wood. I pulled up and the guys brought over the face cord to load in my truck. They helped hand stack all of the wood in my pickup and I was on my way. Quick, friendly service! Well worth the drive! I can’t wait to burn through all the wood so I can go back again!
